Really good service in central Izmir

Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, and the reception staff readily offered me great suggestions for exploring the city. The breakfast spread was good, with diverse and fresh options to start the day right.

While they offered alternatives, it was a slight inconvenience for my planning.

The location is marvellous and they have parking nearby. Must say thank you very much, would definitely come back.

Fairly clean and the staff was brilliantly friendly. We stayed in a double room complete with nice kingsize bed, clean shower, as example. The location of this good modern hotel was marvellous, close to major attractions. And it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Emektar Kebap, ate there couple of times.

Just a short walk to Basmane Gar for easy train connections. The breakfast options impressed me with variety and quality. I felt comfortable in the Business Single Room. It had all the necessary amenities. The staff was competent and cute, which enhanced my experience. WiFi, however, created frustration. It frequently cut out. Communication at the front desk was sometimes a little awkward, impacting my check-in experience. I appreciated my time but faced a few hiccups.

Our stay was really really nice, really enjoyed plentiful and delicious breakfasts.

Location: the hotel was close enough to whole Turkey, iskele and alsancak which is by the water and there are lots of good cafe and restaurants over there and the seaside and city centre. The rooms were normal double and fashionable, the view was exceptionally good. The bed was very comfy and central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV were a bonus...

The location is very central, adjacent to 5 minutes walking distance as well as bus stops and offices of bus companies. Don't forget to explore Konak district.

The hotel offered complimentary bicycles for exploring the city.

I was infuriated with the constant WiFi issues . It cut out repeatedly. The communication at the front desk felt disorganized, leading to a frustrating check-in experience.

Very efficiently run place. The business room was super comfy, and I loved the excellent breakfast. Plus, it's just 200m from the train and metro station. Staff was cute and helpful throughout my stay 🚴‍♂️

The friendly staff provided really good service and the delicious breakfast selection made mornings a delight. The cozy ambiance and cleanliness throughout the hotel enhanced our stay.

Does it deliver?

I was impressed with the very comfortable beds that ensured great sleep and the hotel's maintained cleanliness, made my stay even more pleasant.

Some staff interactions felt unwelcoming at the front desk. This occasionally stole away from the overall experience.

The large, renovated room offered a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights, and the cute staff were always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of tasty options available.

Internet Connectivity Issues Persisted, but Staff Provided Really good Helpfulness and Clean Facilities

Smart Hotel boasts an excellent cleaning service and a delicious breakfast. The staff is great and always ready to help. Its location is ideal, being just a 2-4 minute walk to the metro and train station, with restaurants and markets nearby. The amenities include a 24-hour business center and express check-in and check-out.

Room size could be larger.

Great bed and clean rooms. Pricey laundry and no ironing board.
